Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes, We kindly ask if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please advise 24 hours prior, otherwise cancellation fee's apply.

Card details are taken through our bookings system as security, if you do not show 50% of the total cost of your appointment will be taken if failure to give notice.

Is Cosmetic Tattooing suited to everyone?

Cosmetic Tattooing is suited to majority of our clients, however there is always an exception, so please let us know if you have any medical conditions that may affect treatment.

Willow will be unable to perform Cosmetic Tattooing on Mothers who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Does Cosmetic Tattooing hurt?

Pain varies from client to client however an anaesthetic will be applied prior to treatment to ensure the procedure is as comfortable as possible.

How long will it last?

A number of factors such as lifestyle, skin type and sun exposure and failure to follow after care can affect the longevity of your cosmetic tattoo.

Microblading can last 9-12 months, Generally requiring a touchup every 12 months

Ombre: Usually last longer, 12 to 18 months then a touch up required

Lip Blush: Usually 2 years without retouching but may last up to 5 years

Eye Liner: Usually 1 to 2 years without retouching but can be up to 5 years.

Is there any aftercare?

You may experience some dryness, redness and swelling around treated area.

Tattoo will look prominent, darker and or brighter. It takes approximately 2 weeks for the cosmetic tattoo to fully heal.

For Eyebrow tattoo we recommend keeping the area dry for 3-5 days.

Tattoo will scab up - Please avoid picking or scratching at your new tattoo.

Avoid saunas, swimming and excessive sweating until area is completely healed.

Failure to avoid may result in loss of pigment, scarring and increase of infection.

All aftercare will be given at end of your appointment with instructions.

Tattoos are expected to fade, this is why a complimentary touch appointment is needed within 4-6 weeks of initial treatment.

Can everyone have High Intensity Frequency Ultrasound (HIFU)?

Most people can have HIFU, although if you have one of the following HIFU cannot be preformed.

Thin or very lax skin.
Pregnant or breastfeeding.
Open wounds.
Acne.
Cancer.
Blood closing disorder.
Auto immune disease.
Immunosuppressive, anticoagulant and steroid therapy.
Diabetes (if under control ok)
Pacemakers
Heart disease
Stroke
Brain Surgery
Bony
Stop retinol 3 days prior (Treatment area)
Sunburn
Roaccutane last 6 months
Eczema/psoriasis in treatment area
Laser in last 14 days
Cold sores
Metal pins. Plates in treatment area
Dermal fillers last 4 week/anti wrinkles last 2 weeks

Please let us know if you have any dental implants.

HIFU timeframes

Treatment Time.

The length will depend on the area being treated. A face, neck and body procedure typically take 60 to 90 minutes, while décolletage may take 30 minutes.

How often between each treatment.

At least 3 months is required between each treatment. HIFU will stimulate collagen regeneration for 3 months. Results will be better as time goes on. Optimum results are at 3 to 6 months.

How many treatments are required.

Most clients may only need one treatment, however this will depend on the degree of the skin laxity, the biological response to the ultra sound energy and the individuals collagen building process. Individuals over the age of 45 are more likely to need two treatments.

How long until I see results.

A few people see immediate results, however the optimal outcome of lifting and toning will take place over the following three months. TREAT AND FORGET ABOUT FOR 3 MONTHS.

How long results last depends on every client. HIFU doesn't stop the natural ageing process or weight gain.

Is HIFU safe?

HIFU is one of the few treatments very safe for all skin types, it is effective and noninvasive. The best part about this treatment is that you are able to resume normal activities immediately after you leave our studio. Some slight redness or swelling may occur, but it should subside quickly.

You may also have, Tenderness, bruising, Erythema, Oedema . Very rare-Nerve sensitivity, muscle weakness, numbness

Is HIFU painful?

Not usually, but every person has an individual pain tolerance. Usually a mild warming sensation but some may experience slight discomfort, most people describe it as tiny electric pulses or a light prickly sensation.
